Breaking Dawn Part 2

The night I had Monson, my midwives and photographer all had plans with their family and friends to go see Breaking Dawn Part 2 since it was being released that night.  I had tickets to go see it the next night, but since I had a one day old baby, I had to give my ticket to my mom.

But now that my baby is 3 weeks old, I think it's time for me to see the movie.  I have gone to all of the Twilight movies opening weekend with my friends except this one.  Everyone around me has been talking about the movie and I have to tell them not to tell me anything because I haven't seen it yet.  But tonight I will be able to see the final movie in the Twilight Saga.  I'm excited!

Twilight Party

I feel like I should post something every day so that people aren't wondering if I had the baby yet....because the answer is no.  This baby is never coming.

Since I still hadn't had my baby yet, I got to go to a Twilight Party that my friend was throwing last night.  The last movie comes out next week and we have tickets to go.  If I'm still pregnant at that time (it might happen) then I'll go.  If by some chance I have this baby before then (I'm praying for tomorrow!) then I think I will have to miss seeing the Twilight movie on opening weekend for the first time.

The Twilight Party was fun and I was glad I was able to go to it.  Shari had everything decorated in a Twilight theme.

After dinner we played some Twilight trivia games and chatted.  It was a lot of fun.

The Twilight Saga Continues

The new Twilight movie came out last weekend and of course my friends and I had to go see it.  The week before I hosted a Twilight marathon in our new theater room. 

Six hours of Twilight, pizza and vampirey treats....what more could a girl need?

On Saturday we saw the newest movie.  We loved it!

Karen and I wore our "Found My Edward" shirts that we made for the first movie.

They didn't have any posters for Twilight (what the heck?!) so we had to pose in front of a Star Wars poster.  Well, Becky and Krista posed.

I would say that we are not obsessed with Twilight, but we enjoy getting together as girls and having fun watching the movies.

Eclipse

I saw Eclipse last night with my mom, sisters and sister-in-law. 

I quite enjoyed it.

Best one yet I'd say.

I'd like to see it again when Anthon can come with me.

Maybe for our next date night....in two weeks....when the kids leave.

The Saga Continues

NEW MOON!!!

My sisters, my friends and I went and saw New Moon Saturday morning.  Loved it!  Way better than Twilight.  Of course there are a few cheesey moments in the movie, but overall it was great.  And funny!  I wasn't expecting it to be so funny.

I originally got a ticket for Anthon, but his kids were here this weekend so he opted to give his ticket to Becky and she was MORE than happy to take it.  (I did offer her one two months ago, but apparently that is too far out to plan for a mother of a 7 month old baby.)

Karen and I made shirts last year that say "Found my Edward."  Candace, you should make one for Eclipse in June.

I bought tickets to a theater that had assigned seats so we didn't have to wait in line.

New hair for New Moon....and Ron, Kathie and Paul.

I am Team Edward all the way, however, in the movie Jacob is pretty tastey to look at.  And his chemistry with Bella is WAY better than that of Edward.

My one complaint about the movie:  WHY DO THEY HAVE TO TALK SO SLOWLY???!!!!  When Bella and Edward are on camera together they seem to be in slow motion.  Other than that, it was great. 

Can't wait for June!

Twilight: The Movie

I saw the TWLIGHT movie Friday night and it was great! Of course it wasn't as good as the book, but it was funny, romantic, and action packed. It followed the book enough for people who have read the books to like it, but was also good for people who haven't read the book, like Anthon. I want to see it again, soon!

Twilight Mania

Twilight, the movie, comes out tomorrow! Me, my sister Sarah and my friend Karen are all going to see it...oh and Anthon is coming too! He probably doesn't want people to know he's going to see it on opening night, but TOO BAD! He pretends like he hates it, but he secretly likes it. (He never reads my blog so I can write whatever I want about him and he'll never know :)

Tonight I will iron on some Twilight sayings to the black matching shirts we all got.

Mine will say "Found My Edward." Anthon is trying to decide what his should say. I wanted to put "Better Than Edward" on his shirt, but he said that is too cocky. So he might go with "Just Call Me Edward."
