It had beds, a/c, running water, refrigerator, a toilet and shower. Just what I needed. We drove separately because the truck had to tow the camper. Our first location was the Benson Grist Mill which is a replica of the types of mills that were used in the 1800s. There was a grassy area where we all set up camp and then we toured the historic mill.
It was a nice place for us to camp because there was a lot of open space for all of us to fit, there were a few little houses and things to tour, there was a pavilion we had our meals at, an amphitheater, and a little playground that the kids loved.
The first night we had a talent show in the amphitheater. Sophie sang, "Let it go" which I was so impressed with because she sang the whole song in front of everyone without getting nervous.
Damon showed everyone how fast he could run. (He ran too fast for me to take a picture of it.)Monson did a handstand.

It was a really hot day and the air conditioning wasn't working in the camper because the campsite didn't have power that could handle what the camper needed, but everyone had fun. The kids loved sleeping in the camper, even though it was hot. The little kids slept in the camper and the older kids slept in tents with their cousins.
The next day we ate breakfast at the pavilion and then headed to our next location. First we toured the J. Reuben Clark Historic Farm which has a barn that is 125 years old and a museum with cool artifacts from the early 1900s,
Then we visited the Donner Reed Museum which gave us more info about the infamous Donner Party.
After that we drove up into the mountains to our second campsite. We set up camp and then went on a hike. It was nice being in the mountains because the temperature was a lot cooler. But this place didn't have access to any water. We filled up the camper before we went up there, but we ran out before the next morning. This was only stressful to me. The kids had fun everywhere we went.
The favorite thing for all the little cousins was a rope swing in the trees. They all took turns swinging and there was constantly someone on it.
That night we had some dinner, roasted marshmallows, and hung out by the fire.

Our next stop was to the salt flats. It was water that is part of the Great Salt Lake and is full of salt including chunks of salt. It was really cool.
After a picnic lunch, we all headed home.
It was a fun, hot, tiring, adventurous 3 days!
